Please be remind for foreign transfer refund security deposit, you will received the amount credited lesser than amount transferred because deduction of agent bank charges for foreign transfer transaction. There will be charges imposed by the agent/third party bank for processing of the transaction and the charges are determined by the agent/third party bank. For foreigner who are not agree with this term, we are not recommend you to book the unit.
ID is compulsory. This is primarily for verification purposes and to ensure that the person checking in matches the reservation. It is also for record documentation of the unit properties & for our own safety reason. Guest who are not agree with this term, do not book the unit. There is no refund after reservation & please refer the policy.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
