Its expansive 50m infinity pool and deck has unobstructed views of the sea while the green hills serve as a verdant backdrop.

THE CHARM OF SEA-SIDE LIVING The lushness of the landscape, the sounds of the open sea, and the soothing sea-breeze of By The Sea can be enjoyed even from the suites. Most suites have their own 4 ½ feet deep and expansive 40-foot long balcony, to welcome in the refreshing outdoors. Large glass windows throughout the development give a sense of liberating openness, from the public spaces to the private spaces. On the pool deck level, right next to the 40 seater function room, a fully-equipped and state-of-the-art Gym overlooks the rehabilitated river. A perfect indication of life at By The Sea.
