In the middle between Kuala Sepetang (Port Weld) and Taiping town. Kuala Sepetang - famous for seafood, charcoal factory, dolphin viewing, eagle sight-seeing and historical first railway station in Malaysia built in the 1880s. Taiping town - First zoo in Malaysia, taiping lake garden, Perak Museum, Spritzer EcoPark Grab car is convenient. Strategic house location is right in the middle of Kuala Sepetang and Taiping town, all tourism spots are within radius of 15 minutes drive.
