Greetings from Kota Kinabalu,Sabah! We are so delighted to be your host for a cozy getaway from your hectic daily schedule. Our two-story bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests maximum . We provide parking space for 2 cars! We offer 5 bedrooms and 3 toilets. Our homestay is unique than others because each room have different themes: -Ocean Room (Master Bedroom) -Flora Room (Guest Room) -Green Room (Guest Room) - Tropical Room (Guest Room) - Orchid Room (Guest Room) *Extra floor mattress (+RM50) We also provide, kitchen, dining table, and living room with Smart TV that includes Netflix and Youtube. There's also an area for BBQ. Feel free to bring your own BBQ set or u can request one from us Our homestay also provides caretaker. He and his family have been staying behind our property for many years since the homestay was built. He has also taken good care of it. Hence, we trust him a lot with our homestay and the safety . We can assure you that he will take good care of our homestay during your stay. Our location in Taman Sempelang serves as a midpoint to many exciting destinations. Driving time estimations: - KK Airport: 13 mins - Imago Shopping Mall: 7 mins - Gaya Street (Sunday Market/Cafes): 13 mins - Jesselton Point Jetty: 14 mins - Gayang Seafood Restaurant (the best seafood!): 44 mins - Queen Elizabeth Hospital: 8 mins - Sabah Museum: 8 mins - Tanjung Aru Beach (Food Stalls/ Sunset View): 10 mins - Sutera Harbour Resort : 6 mins

Im inspired to create this homestay by traveling around the world and implementing small details of the places i have traveled into this homestay. I love seeing people's happy faces when they are satissfied with their stay.
Parking is spacious. It could fit 3 cars inside. Also, for easier transport you can use grab to go anywhere with price that cost less than rm20. Our homestay is loacted near the airport, so they might be airplane noise from time to time
