Located at Central Melaka, easy access to many places from Jongker walk/kota Laksmana to Melaka Raya. Condo is Equipped with swimming pool/Gym/Bbq/Playground and many more.
Hi there my beloved guest, I'm Jayson currently 35yo and my wife Jessie(from the profile pic) we are locally born in Melaka. I would like to offer our guests a real home from home experience! We design our own home and we input modern feels to our guest with great amenities provided. I have a passion and vision since 2017 and here i am able to start my 1st homestay business. I love to travel occasionally and been staying couples of airbnb myself and feel in love with the concept and hospitality the host given. I hope to expand my homestay business further in the future!
Novo8 Residence is located at Central of Melaka with local community blends in. It is near to Kota Laksamana, it is a latest hotspot in Melaka with proximity to the Melaka town centre. It is located behind of Aeon mall,Tesco. Below are the list of popular places and eateries i created for you : Aeon Jusco/Tesco= 500M. A Famosa = 5km Jonker Walk(famous night market/Nyona/chicken rice balls/lots of local food shops)= 3km Menara Taming Sari = 4.5km Melaka River Cruise = 2km Bunga Raya(traditional old shops+indian street) = 3km Melaka Raya(nighlife area) = 4.5km Dataran Pahlawan+Mahkota parade(melaka largest shopping mall) = 4.5km Klebang(famous coconut milkshake/seafoods/seaside) = 7km Zoo Melaka = 10km Ong Kim Wee road(lots of Satay Celup shops)= 2km.
