Only registered guests may enter. ALL GUEST NEED TO PROVIDE IC OR PASSPORT COMPULSORY INCLUSIVE CAR PLATE - 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹/𝗚𝘆𝗺 𝗨𝘀𝗲: Swimwear is required for the pool; proper sports attire for the gym. Dry off before using the lift. The pool is available for use, but please note it may be closed for maintenance when necessary. - 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴: One reserved spot. Register your car plate after booking. - 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀: No shoes inside. No excessive noise, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, karaoke, BBQs, drones, durian, pets, or parties. Do not move furniture. - 𝗥𝘂𝗯𝗯𝗶𝘀𝗵: Dispose of trash in the bin center before checkout. - 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀: Turn off all electrical appliances and lights before leaving. - 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Keys can only be collected during 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 (9am - 4pm) at Ken & Co Property Consultants, Jalan Sekama, Kuching. There is 𝗻𝗼 𝟮𝟰/𝟳 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗶𝗻 as we are homestay and not hotel. - 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲:No onsite staff, room service, or cleaning service. Follow house rules, be considerate of neighbors, and care for the property. - 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Located in a rainforest, so bugs may occasionally be present despite our cleaning efforts. - 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:Arrange your own transportation (e.g., car rental) as we do not provide this service.

We are a homestay, not a hotel. Therefore, our services will be different from those of a hotel. We only allow 6 guests inclusive children to stay at our home, and we do not allow visitors. Santubong Suites is located in the midst of our wonderful rainforest, we must understand that mother nature comes with some bugs and insects. While we do spend extra effort to ensure the place is clean to the best of our ability, sometimes the bugs just win. Please be reminded that this is not an hotel and there are no room service. We wont be around during your stay. There is NO room service, onsite service or cleaning service during your stay. Please comply to the house rules, be nice and polite to your neighbors and take good care of the house during your stay.
