1. Our last check-in time with our customer service is 9.30pm . If you need a late check-in after this hour, please inform us in advance and do pre arrangement before 10:00 pm.
2. The property requires MYR 100 (per room) or MYR 200 (for the entired home) as a refundable security deposit upon check-in. Please contact us for bank details. The refund is within 1-3 working days after check out and cleaning are completely done.
3. Your copy of identity card/passport is required before check-in for registration purpose . Malaysian tourism tax is MYR 10.00 per night per pax. This is required if you are a foreigner come in with social visit pass.
4. There is an additional cleaning fee mentioned in the template to be sent to you before check-in. It's payable
at property directly according to the size of property.

5. The additional charges for late check out is counted rm 60.00 per hour.
6. Replacement of lost access card is MYR 200.00
7. Upon check-out please ensure no valuable belonging is left in the property.
8. Vehicles : Park at OWN RISK.
9. Smoking is NOT Allowed in the property. A penalty of RM 500.00 is levied. 10. Food / fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as Durian / mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.
11. Kindly adhere to the rules and regulations of the Hotel/Homestay.
12. No damaging, No missing items, No illegal activities are allowed at the property and if found that deposits shall be forfeited.

A double storey terrace house sitting at Satria Jaya Garden, about ten (10) minute drive from Kuching International Airport.
There are (10) rooms. It consists of eight (8) queen, two (2) single beds. Good for eighteen (18) guests.
For entire renting basis that it's divided into :
A) Entire 1st floor of 4 queen bedsbeds at rm 269.00 daily.
B) Ground floor consists of four (4) queen rooms and two (2) Single beds at rm 398.00 daily.
