Palm City Villa is a home stay with 38 rooms. It has 3 blocks, differentiate by color theme; the Orange Villa, Green Villa and Blue Villa. All the rooms are fully air conditioned and fitted with a private bathroom with shower, a flat-screen TV and a writing desk. Water station with hot and cold water is available in each villa. The villa also provide ironing facilities and fridge in the living area of each villa. The home stay offers you a choice of three different room types:Deluxe Twin, Deluxe Double and family rooms. We also provide facilities for events and gatherings.

Palm City Villa is strategically located in the heart of Kuantan city centre. A short 5 minutes walk down the road you will find East Coast Mall. The home stay is located 5 minutes away from the Urban Transformation Centre and a 15-minute drive to Teluk Cempedak. Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Airport is located a 20-minute drive away. The home stay does not house a restaurant. However, popular local eateries and cafés are available just steps away. Head on over to the Kuantan stadium on Sunday mornings (Just a 3 minutes walk from Palm City Villa)– there’s a farmer's market which sells local delicacies,poultry and vegetables.

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that group bookings of 3 rooms and above will require a 100% deposit of the first night for each room upon booking.
