Come stay in this newly renovated 3 - bedroom apartment in the bustling city center of Kuala Lumpur, only a few minutes away from Twin Tower. Shopping, dining and nightlife abounds.
This space truly feels like home. Great light, large kitchen and dining room, and design details make this apartment one of a kind.
This is truly an awesome location!
Guests will have access to a private room and the common areas.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Deposit 100rm
2. AIRCON USAGE: we would cover 30kW per 7-day Aircon usage. If the Aircon usage is higher than this, guests will need to pay 0.88RM/kW and it shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. We have Aircon Electric meter and guests will be sent the electric meter number at the moment guests check-in.
3. NO SMOKING on premise. We will be forced to charge a rm250 cleaning fee for any violations and the offender may be asked to leave our property without a refund.
4. MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws.
5. SHOES OFF inside the house.
6. PETS: No pets are allowed without prior consent and written approval. If Guest brings a pet, Guest risks forfeiting part or all of the security deposit.
7. PARTIES AND NOISE: Parties and/or events of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Unit.
8. Surveillance or recording devices on property
9. Guests must acknowledge The listing is in a noisy area. Our condo is convenient to access to foods and transportation (bus/train/taxi) and close to several embassies thus please expect some external noise ( from the running train or the car/bike) which can be heard from our place.
10. Check-in check-out outside of the time frame, guest will pay a late in/out fee.
Any violation or failure to comply of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit or the immediate termination of your stay.
This 3-bedroom apartment is part of a mid-rise building. Hence you'll have access to common area as well as hang out area.
