It is an eco, green, quiet, cool and relaxing spacious single-story semi-detached house facing east with spacious private car park for five cars. It is only 1.6 km away from Bukit Mertajam Train Station, 0.5 km from MPSP Stadium and public swimming pool, 1-2 km to all major banks, famous restaurants, food courts, primary and secondary schools such as the famous SMJC (Jit Sin) and BM High School. It is only 5-10 minutes’ drive to Icon City, Auto City, and Juru Exit. 5* value @ Homestay Price
