The perfect getaway for those who plan to stay in Putrajaya. Our unit are inspired by Industrial ID for relaxing and lifestyle accommodation. This place is perfect choice & ideal for holiday, short break & great for business traveler that would make you feel like home. It is surrounded with eateries, bakeries and famous coffee shops within walking distance. The space have 2 rooms with 2 Queen Latex Pocket Spring Beds and a futon suitable for 5 or 6 pax. You can enjoy Netflix with 500Mbps WiFi.
I and family have travel to various places in Europe, Middle East and Asia, mainly to have fun, taste their food, learned their culture and most importantly creating memorable experiences. These staycation are an eye opener and make me realized "Malaysia Hospitality and Truly Asia" has so much to offer. Therefore, I like to share with you "The Malaysia hospitality" and hopefully you will have a wonderful and memorable experiences at all our brand property "The Urban Ruma"

This place is perfect choice & ideal for holiday/short break/gathering & great for business traveller, that would make you feel like home :) Out unit is strategically located next to IOI Resort City Mall (one of the Malaysia’s large shopping mall) with 3min drive or 10min walking distance. And of course, it is easy access to: 1. Serdang Hospital (1.3 km), Putrajaya Hospital (8.5km) 2. Universities i.e., UPM (5.4km), UNITEN (7.1 km), UNIKL (11.5 km), and UKM (16.3km) 3. Putrajaya Convention Centre (PICC) (13 km) and Putrajaya Government offices 4. Putrajaya Sentral (ERL to KLIA, KLI2 & KL Sentral) (8.9 km), 5. Alamanda Shopping Mall (4.3 km) 6.
