Other notes: 1) After booking, we will send a chat group link to you via the inbox to provide you with the check in details. 2) In order to protect all the items in this homestay, we will collect a security deposit of Rm 200 before check in and it will be refunded after check out if there are no missing/damages of the items in our homestay. 3) Check in time: 3pm-11pm (If check in after 11pm, do notify us before arrival) Check out time: before 11am 4) For an early check in & late check out, please inform us in advance for our arrangement. (Subject to availability, chargeable & is not available on weekends, peak season & public holiday) Early Check In & Late Check Out Rate: Rm 40/hour. Check in at 10am or before: 1 day rate. Check out at 5pm or after: 1 day rate. 5) Strictly no smoking inside the house (penalties Rm 500 if any cigarettes butts or cigarette smell is found) & no pets allowed inside the premise. 6) Party/Event is allowed but please throw away food residue to the dustbin outside the house. We reserve the right to the penalties of Rm 200 for extra cleaning charges. Thank you for your understanding. 7) As our house is located in the housing area, please keep the noise low after 10.30pm. 8) Our bed arrangement is based on 10 pax. If 11 or 12 people are staying, please select the actual number of people or notify us at least 1 day in advance. Then, we will provide the additional bed, bedsheet set & pillow.
