Welcome to Zulfa Homestay! - Maximum only THREE vehicles are allowed (strictly neighborhood rules) - Muslim couple who are not Mahram are not allowed - No pets and non halal food is allowed, pork based & alcohol - Strictly no smoking inside of the house - You will have the entire suite to yourself! - Cleaning & security deposit (Rm 100 cash ) will be collected upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. If there is any significant uncleanliness and/or damaged items, deposit will be deducted or additional penalty may be imposed Amenities - Cleanliness is our priority - Autogate - Bath Towels - Shower Gel and Hair Shampoo (Kindly prepare your own toothbrush and toothpaste) - Two 40' TV with more than 10 channels. - Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and kitchen ware (only light cooking is allowed) - 2 Private carpark - Easy access to recreational park (Ujana Peremba) - Shoes/sandal are off-limits inside the house.
