This house can accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids under 12 in 4 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and glass doors that lead out onto the patio with stunning sea views.
Upstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, lounge, dining and bar area with glass doors that lead out onto the patio with sea-view. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a 6 hob gas stove and electric oven, a large fridge, a hot tray, 2 chest freezers, and an ice machine. The dining area has a 10 seater table and chairs. The lounge has 2x2 seater couches and 2x1 seater couches. The bar area has 12 x bar chairs, 3 bar fridges, and beautiful sea views. There is a TV room with flatscreen TV, and the room has a ceiling fan.
The 1st room has a king-sized bed full en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, mosquito net, and doors that lead out to the patio.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds, a full en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net, and doors that lead out to the patio.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds and an en-suite bathroom, a ceiling fan, mosquito net, and doors that lead out to the patio.

The patio has braai facilities with a gas braai, 10 seater dining table and chairs, and 360-degree sea views. Private walkway to the beach and the house has a swimming pool. Undercover parking for 3 cars.
