The property is situated in a very secure area with many international Embassies around and a Neighbourhood Watch. Property also fully enclosed with an electrified fence. We are also situated within walking distance to CBD and surrounding malls within 2km.
Windhoek is famous for the Heinitzburg Castle, which was built in 1914, which is visible from this property. Also within walking distance is the Christus Kirche built in 1907, as well as the National Assembly, Tinten Palast and Houses of Parliament.
