This is an exquisite home away from home located in Gowon Estate, next to Gemade Estate. This Estate is one of the most secured in Lagos Mainland with 24-hour security men at the main entrance gate. The 3-Bedroom ensuite house is lavishly decorated to a high standard with beautiful upstairs veranda to relax in the evening. It has numerous features including CCTV for added security at the front and back of the house, downstairs guest toilet, over 100 DSTV Channels, air conditioning in all rooms, 24/7 power supply supported with Solar/Inverter/Generator, WiFi (guest pays), MiFi available to rent, integrated garage and additional space for up to 4 cars. The property is located 20 minutes’ drive from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and 15 minutes to Ikeja shopping areas. Third mainland bridge and highways that leads to surrounding areas are within close proximity. A top-notch home you’ll be comfortable and so happy to stay in!

The entire area / neighbourhood is very secured with gated entrance. You only get to see guest you have invited. There are many local restaurants and supermarkets for your shopping. If you are looking for serenity, quietness and cleanliness, this is the place for you.
