Cesar's place is based in the middle of heart of Hacienda Iguana beach club & golf resort. Located front of the golf course with beautiful lake view. This 2 levels apartment has private entry and big terrace. All area is super quiet and safe, it's perfect for family stay. All bedrooms have a amazing golf course view and AC. You can enjoy the watching of the golf game from the comfort of the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. 10 minutes by walking to main beach Playa Colorado, 15 minutes to Panga drops surfing spot. In property is surfing and grocery shop with all your needs. Next restaurant is 1 minute by walk. This property is perfect for your golf game, surfing journey or for family vacation. We are super happy assist you with everything what you need for your best experience in Hacienda Iguana beach club and golf resort.
Hacienda Iguana is the best one for your golf & surfing journey. We have a plenty good empty surfing spots like Playa Colorado, Panga Drops, Manzanio for each level. Our 9 golf course is very variable with a lot of different places which is making your game super attractive. All private beaches are very clean with turquoise water. The longest beach has almost 2 kilometer. Hacienda Iguana is most favorite resort for surfers and golfers in over all Nicaragua.
