Company information

We are a family of 6 kids living in Escamequita, Nicaragua The house provides complete privacy, however, you will have opportunities to interact with the gardeners who manage the entire farm. You might also meet other tenants (the 'guests') who are staying in other small houses around the farm. While the property hosts many animals and is amidst wildlife, this means it can be noisy even at night with dogs barking, the sound of horses, and occasionally monkeys or other animals. Despite the noise, the atmosphere remains very peacefull.

Stylish little house built on bricks next on the road to Yankee Beach in the village of Escamequita. Enjoy all the benefits of organic farming while living independently in this private home. This peaceful environment is surrounded by green spaces, horses, wild animals and will bring you organic vegetable and fruits that will be harvested on that time, fresh eggs

We are situated in the heart of Escamequita village, just a few steps away from both Escamequita Beach and Yankee Beach. Right across from our house stands the Big Sky Ranch equestrian center, offering exhilarating horseback riding sessions. Additionally, a Paddle court is at your disposal for your tennis sessions. The village is brimming with a variety of restaurants and bars, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere. A mere 20-minute drive will take you to San Juan del Sur, considered the cradle of tourism in Nicaragua. Here, you can relish the enchanting ambiance of its cafes and restaurants nestled along the stunning bay of San Juan.
