't Veldehof has a unique location 150 meters from the beach and 2 km from Domburg. 't Veldehof itself is very cozy and small. With a mini camping with 15 places (open from April-October) and 4 luxury holiday homes in the authentic farmers barn (since 2018), it is small-scale with plenty of room for personal attention. The houses are equipped with every luxury and the modern decor is enhanced by the authentic elements of the barn. Every home has its own fenced garden with lounge set, dining set and barbecue. There are a horse and a pony on site, as well as goats and chickens. The fresh eggs can be purchased by the guests. Of course we follow the guidelines of the RIVM in connection with the Corona pandemic and we take extra hygiene measures.
We have been living at 't Veldehof since March 2016 and have taken over the business from our (in-laws) parents. Our daughters are now 5 and 7 and have made quite a few friends over the years. We love the outdoors and are happy to help our guests to provide them with an unforgettable holiday or short stay.
't Veldehof is located in a rural area, 150 meters from the beach. At the bottom of the dunes are a beach pavilion and a surf school. There is a friendly atmosphere on the beach pavilion (Noordduine) and it is wonderful to have a drink or a nice meal. Domburg is approximately 2 km away, which is easy to walk and easy to cycle to. Domburg is bustling with fun, with its many terraces and nice shops. In the season there is always a weekly market on Mondays. And after a visit to Domburg it is nice and quiet to come home to 't Veldehof. Various trips can be made from 't Veldehof, such as to the cities of Middelburg, Vlissingen, Zierikzee and Veere. A visit to Neeltje Jans, Terra Maris and the Arsenaal are also worthwhile.
