The house is quietly situated in the park (on a cul-de-sac), close to the swimming lake with sandy beach and lots of toys. A good starting point for a wonderful holiday with the children. The garden is also completely fenced and therefore very suitable for a holiday with small children or with dog(s). The large garden is ideal for relaxing and is also equipped with sun loungers. The living room is well equipped with a TV and stereo system. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave with oven. The laundry room has a washing machine. On the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway. The ground floor is also very comfortable due to the underfloor heating. Upstairs are the other two spacious bedrooms and a lovely infrared sauna suitable for two people. For stays of more than one week, the bed linen is changed weekly (cost per week).
