This new luxury villa has on the ground floor an entrance hall with toilet, a utility room with wash/dry machine, a spacious living room with large dining table and decorative fireplace and an open kitchen with cooking island. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a separate toilet and 3 bathrooms. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms (in one of these bedrooms there is a teepee-bed for a child), a separate toilet, one bathroom and a great wellness bathroom with sauna and steam room.
