Our detached, very well-maintained and clean, quietly located holiday home in the Summio-Park Zeeland Village in Scharendijke near Renesse (approx. 8 km away) is just a stone's throw from the beautiful North Sea sandy beach and the beautiful, somewhat quiet Grevelinger Meer. This dreamlike and beautifully furnished house is approximately 120 square meters in size, has 4 bedrooms on 2 floors, and is suitable for up to 6 people. It is lovingly decorated and features very modern and high-quality furnishings. The property has a beautiful, secluded garden with a terrace and an additional covered lounge area for relaxing in the evening sun. The expansive view over the flat fields is indescribable and makes you lose track of time as soon as the sun rises. * Please understand that we do not rent to youth groups and do not allow pets. Smoking is also not permitted in the house. The house is also not suitable for families with small children, as there is a freely accessible, unprotected stream behind the house and between the fields. * For your safety, the house is equipped with modern smoke detectors in every room, a fire extinguisher in the entrance area, and a first-aid kit. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, and shared use of the garage, for example, for bicycles, is also possible. A wallbox for electric vehicles is available at the house, with billing per KW/h. There are also several charging points for electric vehicles at the park entrance. There are several playgrounds for children throughout the park. Bicycles can be rented at the reception for a fee. There is also a tennis court in the park (free of charge). Another, larger playground and a lovely Italian restaurant are located just a few minutes' walk from the harbor of Scharendijke, as well as numerous other tastefully decorated restaurants nearby.
