You will find this sustainable modern holiday home in a unique location, close to the forest, the dunes and the beach of Paal 17. From the high windows in the living room and in the master bedroom you have a great view over the farmlands and the Texel landscape. From the spacious entrance you enter the living room through a cozy sliding door. Next you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with lovely large beds and a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower and a lovely bath. This holiday home was delivered energy neutral in 2020 and meets all contemporary sustainability requirements. Various cycle junction routes start from the front door, making them ideal for cycling enthusiasts. The Dunes of Texel National Park is also within walking distance from the house.
