Cozy holiday home in Egmond aan Zee, directly on the North Sea coast for rent from private. The house is 500 m from the beach, 300 m from the cozy shopping street and the dunes. The holiday home consists of: Ground floor: living room with kitchen, sitting area, dinette. Bathroom with toilet and shower, 1st floor: 2 sleeping areas (one passage room, not separated by a door) For 2- max. 4 people. (2 adults and 2 children) 1 x double bed 140x200 1 x bed 90x200 1 x bed 80x200. The holiday home is cozy and fully equipped with microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, fridge / freezer, vacuum cleaner, LED TV, radio / CD player, digital TV, International channels, free Internet, and much more. The house also has a garden, where you can enjoy cozy your BBQ. The house is over 2 levels, totaly about 45m2 large. Our house is bookable the whore year. For pets we charge 45 EUR.
