The apartment has one big bedroom and one smaller bedroom. The big bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller bedroom has a comfortable one persons bed (200×80 cm) and a separate door which opens to a very big terrace that looks like a garden. The open kitchen is brand new and its equipped with top-notch appliances, and the living room has a custom made sofa and also a separate door that opens to the terrace. It has a big, beautiful bathroom with a bath tub, and a shower cabine. It has a private parking space underneath the building and a fence around it to make you feel very secure. The apartment belongs to an apartment complex with also its house-rules which is strictly controlled by all co-owners. Please follow our house-rules and respect the neighbours.

The apartment has a great location: There is a cute supermarket just in front of the building. A nice and beautiful forest (Schollebos) is just 5 min walking and there is a great Pancake restaurant in the park. Alexandrium shopping Mall is just within 10 minutes of walk, where you can enjoy different restaurants and have a nice shopping experience. Other Malls, shops, restaurants, public transportation (bus stop is just in front of the building) train stations, are all within walking distance of a few minutes. There is a great connection (by car and public transportation) to Rotterdam Central Station/Center (10 min), Gouda (10 min), Utrecht (30 min), Delft, Amsterdam and The Hage. Within 5 min u can also be on the highway. Erasmus University is just 15 min by bike or car.
