Fun for young and old in this fully-equipped cottage at family campsite De Konijnenberg. The park has a playground, swimming pool (in high season and indoors), bowling alley, indoor play area, restaurant and snack bar (restaurant and snack bar are not always open). There is also sometimes entertainment for children, and the Veluwe Lake and the town of Harderwijk within cycling distance and close to the Dolfinarium, Walibi Flevo and Apenheul. What more could you want for your family? The garden is sleekly laid out, with a lovely wooden garden set/dining area. Perfect for two adults and two children. A 5th person (child) could sleep on the sofa in the living room, which is a single sofa bed. There are also two bedrooms with lovely beds, luxuriously furnished with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and fully equipped with necessities such as towels and kitchen utensils. There is a small shed next to the house to store your belongings and bicycles. A lovely dining area both outside and inside, and all the amenities of the park within walking distance. There is air conditioning and heating. Perfect for summer and winter! Note: the knob of the cooker extractor is under the kitchen cupboard to the right of the extractor. You can log in to the wifi network with the log-in details found on the white internet box, by the TV. Bicycles can be rented through reception. The swimming pool and restaurant are open in high season, feel free to call the campsite to be sure if and when these are open.

This campsite, located in beautiful Harderwijk, is an ideal base for numerous excursions throughout the country. Thanks to its central location, you can reach some of the most beautiful attractions in the Netherlands within a short time, such as the Veluwemeer, the Dolfinarium and Harderwijk's lively boulevard. For lovers of hiking and cycling, De Konijnenberg is a true paradise. Directly at the entrance of the bungalow park, a network of cycling and hiking trails starts, taking you straight into the Veluwe woods. The extensive nature around the campsite offers various landscapes, such as the Leuvenumse Bos and the Beekhuizerzand, an impressive sand drift with a special flora and fauna. Here you can fully enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. For water sports enthusiasts, the Veluwe Lake is just 2 kilometres away. The nearby Strand Horst is an ideal place to relax by the water or learn to surf and kite surf. Families can also choose to rent a motorboat at Horst Marina for a fun afternoon on the water. Fishing enthusiasts also get their money's worth here, with plenty of opportunities for fishing in the area. Besides the beautiful nature, the area around De Konijnenberg also offers cultural and culinary attractions. For example, near the Hierdense Beek you will find picturesque Hierden, known for its historic farms and the beautiful De Essenburgh country estate. For a well-earned break during a walking or cycling tour, you can visit charming catering establishments such as “Boshuis Drie” or “De Buurtjes”, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with fresh, homemade apple pie.
