Welcome to our newly built barn house, a holiday home in Zeeland style. This black barn house, with traditional pencilled barn sections, offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay on Walcheren. The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of space for four adults (and/or children). Enjoy a modern kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge-freezer combination. The French doors lead to a covered terrace, where you can enjoy the view over the vast Zeeland countryside. In the evening, on a clear day, you can even see the outline of Neeltje Jans and the Westkapelle lighthouse. Inside, you will find a spacious living room with a smart TV, a 4-seater sofa and 2 chairs. The house further features a toilet on the ground floor, two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a second toilet.
We are Annemarie and Marlous and we enjoy living on beautiful Walcheren together with our two children. We enjoy the outdoors, the nature around us and everything the area has to offer. You can often find us in the garden, on the beach or on the road during a bike ride or walk. In addition, we love discovering new places. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home, where tranquility and nature are central!
Vacation home de Zeeuwse Zonnehoed is located in Serooskerke, a village located on the beautiful island of Walcheren. Here you will experience a combination of peace, nature and sea. Everything just a stone's throw away. Serooskerke is just minutes from the vast beaches of Zeeland, where you can enjoy sun, sea and fresh air. Whether you enjoy long walks on the beach, a day of sunbathing or water sports like kite surfing, you'll find it all here. The wide, quiet beaches are ideal for families and nature lovers. Walcheren is known for its beautiful nature. For example, from Serooskerke you can make a nice trip to the cozy Veere, a historic port town on Lake Veere, or to the bustling towns Vrouwenpolder, Oostkapelle and Domburg, where you can combine the sea and shopping. In short, here you can completely unwind, while having every opportunity to explore the area and experience adventures.
