Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. We count all 4 rooms containing beds as bedrooms, including the room with fire place and TV. Renovation is clearly needed, but the bathroom as well as kitchen appliances are of modern standard. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!
Your hosts are Elin and Stein. We are a married couple with grown-up children. We do not live on the premises, but are seldom more than 30 minutes away. We may be reached by mail or phone. We sometimes visit the property, but we do not enter the house when guests are staying.
Rural landscape with many small lakes Open air museum (3,8 km) Great tracks for cross country skiing. Close to golf course and mini golf (3,5 km). Fishing, hiking, cycling. Car or bicycle recommended. Buses are quite far apart. Train station Reinsvoll: 6,9 km.
