Villa Arboretet, a large seaside villa in the heart of the scenic Arboreteum with swimming pool, infra red sauna, a large 2 zone- kitchen, wireless home sound system, a large dining area to host family and friends. 4 bathrooms with shower and toilet and 1 extra toilet in the living room, 3 living rooms/ TV room and 6 bedrooms. A large laundry room is available for guest use, making long stays more convenient. The spacious terraces overlooking the lush garden and breathtaking view of fana fjord, with sunbeds , outdoor fireplace, and lounge sets ideal for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the fresh norwegian air. The villa has direct access to the hiking area The Norwegian Arboretum and Botanical Garden. It has approx. 38 meter sea line and deep water quay. Grønneviken bathing beach is also a short walk away.
