Lofoten Vacation provides support and service to our guests. We deliver mandatory cleaning, bedlinen and towels. We have a office nearby where you can rent bicycles or other things you might want for your stay. We respect your privacy and you might not see or hear from us during your stay. But just give us a call if you want to say hello:) If you give us your cellphone number we can send you a message if there is a Northern light on the sky to see :)

Property information

This house is located in a very quiet area without traffic or other houses close by. Here you feel genuine peace and quiet. The house is located on a former farm. There is no operation there now and it is only used as a holiday home. There is free WIFI available for guests, as well as a dishwasher, TV and good beds. The house has many details from ancient times and is a typical Lofoten home. We hope you will find our house cozy and that you want to stay here for a long time. The location is a perfect as a starting point for all excursions. Welcome to Hillside Lodge!

Neighbourhood information

The area is very child-friendly and out on the fields there are cows in the summer. There is a fantastic view of the mountains in all directions. There are hiking areas right outside the door and simple trails up to the nearest mountains. From the house there is a perfect view of the Northern Lights, and in the summer there is sun during most of the day on the property. You can see the midnight sun when walking, cycling or driving down to the coast which is only a short walk away. There is a lot of wildlife here and you will definitely see both moose, rabbits, eagles etc.
