New and well equipped apartment. House finished in march 2021. Has two separate bedrooms, complete bath with washingmachine+dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine (with capsules!), induction cooking top, convection oven and all necessities for preparing all your meals if you wish! Light the modern, cozy and warm gasfire in the living room. Relax with a good book, a glass of wine or cooking the perfect meal with ingredients from our local grocery store which is the best in town! Modern bathroom with rainshower, wallintegrated toilet and a custom handmade marblesink from Sicilia, Italy. Also contains washing machine and dryer including detergent+softener - no charge for use. Our place has high quality interior products, no use of artificial materials, excellent bedlinen for your comfort and a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city - yet only 15 mins away from shopping and the city center.
Nina & Bjørn-Tore is very dedicated to making the property unique. A keen interest in design, food and wine. Experienced travelers and love receiving people from all over the world!
Very calm surroundings. Property is situated in the end of the road. No traffic what so ever. For aurora watching it is completely dark and has excellent conditions. The surrounding area is a birdsanctuary and you are free to walk anywhere. The sea is only 15 meters from the house. A few minutes drive you will find our excellent local grocery store - Eide Handel. People from all over Tromsø travel here to shop hiqh quality local products. Our closest neighbor is the sea and the forrest. Enjoy easy and nice walks by the beach or in the woods. From Håkøytoppen you will have excellent views all over Tromsø and Kvaløya.
