A beautifully decorated new 'fisherman's cabin' situated right on the waterfront just a 6 minute drive from Leknes and Ballstad. The cabin is modern, clean and furnished to high standard. Breathtaking views across the Nappstraumen and to the majestic mountains across the water. Situated next to a boat ramp and marina, this property has all afternoon and evening sun on the large waterfront decking. There is also a large sauna as well as two modern bathrooms, two lounges, two bedrooms and an open-plan living and kitchen area. We purchased this property after moving to Lofoten and are so proud of this beautiful rorbu. We take great pride in cleaning it immaculately before every new guest and hope you will love it as much as we do. Please note this is a non-smoking property and we requests that guests take their shoes off before coming inside.
I am a Kiwi living in Lofoten, with my two very small children and Norwegian partner. We love the outdoors and experiencing all the wonders Lofoten has to offer. We are very friendly and love to help out our guests wherever we can!
Although only a 6 minute drive from Leknes, the main western town of Lofoten, you will feel like you are far away from everything, waking up to the sound of the birds and the sound of the sea. There are walking tracks right from the door, and the famous fishing villages Ballstad and Nusfjørd are only a short drive away.
