Property information

This is a historic protected building from 1894 in the heart of Oslo. Beautiful features throughout. Amazing to live in the middle of city with a park just outside the door on a private street. The apartment is quite spacious and suitable for adults and children (not child proof - ie locking cabinets, etc). The living room very large with large windows allowing massive amounts of light to shine in. Keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom apartment. If booked for more than 4 guests, there is an electric airbed to be put in the living room for the 5th guest. This Summer/Fall 2023, the hallways are being upgraded. Including tiles and paint. Noise, wet paint and dirt may occure. 20th of June 2023 is the startdate of upgrading the park outside. Noise will occur during the day. We have not gotten an end date yet.

The neighborhood is city center Oslo! The apartment is a 4 minute walk away from the main pedestrian high street called Karl Johans Gate and about a 10 minutes from the Oslo central station.
