Rekkehus i fredelig og familievennlig område. To dobbeltsenger, en dobbel sovesofa og to enkeltsenger tilgjengelig. En stor og solrik veranda med tilgang til gassgrill, spisegruppe og loungeområde. Terrasse med utgang direkte fra det ene soverommet. Liten balkong i 3.etasje. Gangavstand til sentrum (ca. 3,3 km) og gode bussforbindelser. Gratis parkering i egen carport, gjesteparkering tilgjengelig for flere biler. Ca 10-12 min gange til nærmeste matbutikk.
Simen og jeg leier ut huset vårt i Arendal. Vi bor ellers stort sett i Oslo, men har en fleksibel hverdag med mye hjemmekontor og ingen barn. Vi har to søte katter. Røyker ikke. Jeg og min medvert vil være tilgjengelige på mobil/Sms under oppholdet.
Nabolaget er rolig og vennlig. Lite støy. Sentralt. Egen carport med plass til en bil. Ellers er det stor gjesteparkering på Songeheia like i nærheten. Busstopp med buss hver halvtime ca 5-8 min gange. Taxi til sentrum ca 150-170 kr.
