Ny og romslig toppleilighet med to soverom. Innglasset vinterstue med varmelampe som kan brukes hele året. Mer sentralt blir det ikke. Resturant, uteplass og kafé (etc) i samme bygg, her er det berre en heistur ned. Tv med t-we, musikkanlegg og internett. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken.
