CASTOR BAY BEACHFRONT -STUNNING SEA VIEWS. Quality ground floor luxury 150 sqm private apt, Own entrance and parking. Private gate to the beach and park with a children’s playground. Sep media/games room with queen divan bed which is the third sleeping space when requested and which closes off. EXCLUSIVE USE of outdoors - heated pool (seasonal) & hot tub, BBQ. Private gate to reserve/beach. Free fibre Wifi. New kitchen & top quality bathroom - underfloor heating, sep laundry washer/dryer. 2 kayaks with life jackets. Outdoor table and chairs for 6+. Sunlounger, Outside beach shower/foot tap. Up to Two car parks. Complementary Continental breakfast provided, plus Nespresso machine coffee/tea/milk/bread. Amazing breakfasts, coffee and lunch available at the GOODHOOD local cafe - an easy 100m stroll. Good local bus service. Milford shopping centre close by with supermarkets cafes restaurants pharmacies, and a good range of fashion shops. Wonderful close by cliff walks with amazing views. Castor Bay is an exclusive quiet location where you can unwind and just enjoy the ambience and clean air.
Ian and Jing are great travellers and enjoy other cultures and meeting people from Around the world. Ian is semi retired and enjoys travelling with his partner Jing (fluent mandarin) and hosting guests in our unique part of the world and discovering and enjoying other air bnbs. The owners reside in the upper levels of this spacious residence, and are available if asked, for advice and support as well as can provide information about local walks and parks and other activities.
Castor Bay Beach and Reserve is literally at your front gate. It is a family oriented area popular for picnics, swimming, a safe beach, spectacular cliff walks, and a fully equipped childrens playground. The reserve is also suitable for ball games, volleyball, cricket etc. This is a high value very safe neighbourhood. Rugby: There is a free bus to the stadium Eden Park from Takapuna on major Game days, and an easy local bus connection to there from Castor Bay. A car is always a definite advantage for exploring Auckland, but there is regular public transport from a bus stop 80m away from the apartment to Takapuna and to Auckland City CBD. 4 mins drive to Milford village restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shopping mall. 8 minutes drive to Takapuna City Centre, 15-20 minutes drive to Auckland CBD. We are blessed to have our own local cafe GOODHOOD just a 100m stroll away. Excellent Coffee and a delicious brunch and lunch menu.
