Karori Wellington - Private Room with SHARED bathroom (Listing CLOSING soon) Peaceful environment: at the back there's a Bridge across a little stream & many Birds in the trees. Total three rooms with ONE bathroom, ONE air-conditioner. A friendly Asian female professional stays long term, 2nd room may be reserved long term too, Airbnb to be CLOSED. Kitchen, dining and living are in the same area; no separate living no lounge. Best check-in time: AFTER 4pm (sometimes 12 noon - 2pm before school pickup); SELF check-in possible with at least 1 day notice.
The host was a uni lecturer overseas & a public servant in NZ until 2024, now semi-retired enjoying gardening and looking after family member. The host stays nearby, available for assistance almost any time.
