Our modern sleepout has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A wee kitchen with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, tea, milk and coffee, cutlery and glassware. A hair dryer, towels and toiletries (shampoo + conditioner, shower gel) are also provided. TV and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy privacy and quiet in a secluded garden setting in the heart of Invercargill.
My husband John and I live in the main house and are happy to provide an advice about the neighbourhood or places to visit.
Free car parking is available on Esk Street. (Note that some areas have time restrictions during business hours) The house and the sleepout is in Invercargill’s central city and so is close to many entertainment options. Within easy walking distance you can find almost anything you may need during your stay. There is a supermarket just across the street, numerous cafes, restaurants and takeaways are reachable within a few minutes walk. SIT is in 300m away, gorgeous Queenspark in 7 minutes walk. To get around downtown you need only 2 things - your right and left feet. To get around town, a car would be the best option. Alternatively, you can take a bus (just in front of a supermarket across the street) or a taxi. Please ask us more about it, we may be able to suggest some other options.
