Welcome to Clover Hill Studio Unit. Milton is a small rural town 40 minutes South of Dunedin City, 15 mins to Dunedin International Airport, 12 minutes to numerous Beaches & the gateway to: Central Otago, The Catlins & The Southern Scenic Route. Perfect for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers. Located on a quiet 5 acre lifestyle block. Feed the pet sheep, meet Chocky our Friendly cat. Fully self contained studio, detached from main house, with a Garden outlook. Portacot available. Please let us know if you require it.
