This welcoming home features three comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or small groups. Year-round comfort is assured with a heat pump providing air conditioning and heating to maintain the perfect temperature and cozy ambience.
Keeping up with laundry is hassle-free, with a laundromat just an 8-minute walk away. A clothesline, airer, iron, and ironing board are provided in the home.
Location is a highlight of Fiordland Haven, situated 700m from the lakefront, with the town centre, supermarket and cafes just a stone's throw away. Start your mornings with a fresh coffee before embarking on the day's adventures - whether it's a scenic boat cruise, hiking through lush trails, or exploring the mesmerizing glowworm caves nearby.
Te Anau serves as the perfect base for experiencing the region's iconic attractions, including Milford Sound or the scenic Lake2Lake cycling trail along the Waiau River - an unforgettable day out.
