Welcome to our home! We offer a private upstairs queen room – the only room on this level – giving you plenty of privacy and comfort. The room includes a wardrobe, an office desk, a TV with Netflix, Crunchyroll & Disney+, and your own ensuite bathroom with a bidet. The room opens directly to the upstairs dining area and kitchen, where you’ll have full access to cooking facilities, your own fridge space, and dedicated pantry storage. You’ll also have full access to our laundry facilities and can enjoy our outdoor spa, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Our home is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and a 10-minute drive to Christchurch CBD, making it easy to get around. We love hosting and meeting new people, and we look forward to making your stay enjoyable and relaxed.
We are a family of five with 2 little boys (7 &4) and a 1 year old girl. We love getting out fishing and hunting when we can and esther is regular basketball and volleyball player.
We are located righ next to the avondale gold course, and 500m from the Avon river. We have local takaways and paknsave (grocery store) 1.2km down the road. We are very close to the new brighton beach and only 12mins from CBD making our location perfect to go anywere in christchurch.
