This gem of a Lockwood is your home away from home. 3 bedrooms with comfy beds, pull-out bed in lounge. Well-stocked kitchen, Washer, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Heat pump. lockable garage for your toys, bikes, Easy access to our beautiful lakes, walking tracks, skyline/Luge, Hot pools and all the activities Rotorua has to offer. Central to surrounding cities, towns, Taupo, Hamilton, Matamata, and Tauranga. My place is good for families, couples, friends on holidays, business Travellers. Please Note:"The house is powered by a classic hot water cylinder—she’s reliable but not a marathon runner! If you’ve got more than 2 or 3 guests, we suggest spacing out your showers so no one ends up doing the cold plunge challenge!"
Please note: We had a couple of negative reviews regarding the noisy neighbours, we are pleased to advise that as of 20th November 2023, these neighbours no longer reside in the house behind ours.
