The Barn at Killin is a family owned private property, set back off the stoney shores of Lake Ohau, at the foothills of the majestic Southern Alps in the heart of the Mackenzie country. Secluded in its own private forest on 25 acres, The Barn offers mountain and high country views and private access to Lake Middleton. The guest accommodation is on the second story of the barn and offers four super king bedrooms with private ensuite. A delicious and substantial breakfast is included in your room rate. Dinners & lunches can be also provided on request. Please note: The Barn at Killin B&B is in Lake Ohau, not Twizel. We are not allowed to list in the correct location, as there are no other listings for Lake Ohau currently.

The area is the perfect outdoor playground. The Barn is just 6km from Ohau ski field & the A2O bike trail runs past our front door. Whether you are biking, hiking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing or just star gazing, The Barn is the perfect place to visit all year round.
