Guests under the age of 18 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
Guests must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
