Stunning sea views from kitchen dining lounge. All day sun, fabulous indoor/outdoor flow to balcony designed with relaxing in mind . Sun loungers available, outdoor dining with seaviews,a daybed with bar seating and bbq in an undercover shaded area for all weather dining. This is a retreat like no other with easy level access from parking and balcony with all amenities and 2 bedrooms on first level. Second level stair access only has a computer nook and private suite with views across two bays and back to Auckland city in the distance. An incredible place to relax and unwind, a home away from home. Stroll to the beach or drive to six different beaches in close proximity. Only minutes to Manly shops, Whangaparoa plaza or the metropolis of Silverdale. Numerous restaurants and bars dotted along the way. Multiple boat ramps close by, Shakespear reserve and Gulf Harbour marina with the ferry stop only 5 mins with regular depatures daily to Auckland city and limited stops at Tititiri Matangi Island , a local bird sanctuary. The perfect spot for a weekend relaxing, swimming, fishing, shopping or getting in touch with nature. Set on an acre of bush clad privacy it is sure to impress.
