Boat owners will appreciate the large private driveway with ample space for both car and boat, plus easy access to the boat ramp at the boat club. Moeraki offers excellent fishing and lovely walks including the Millennium Walkway. You're perfectly positioned to explore Dunedin and Central Otago attractions, fishing lakes, and wildlife viewing at Katiki Point, home to fur seals and yellow-eyed penguins. When you're ready to sample local flavors, the nearby Moeraki Tavern serves famous blue cod and chips, while the Moeraki Boulders Café offers another delicious option just minutes away. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your note there are external cameras pointed toward the road outside the property at the back and side of the house.
