FANTASTIC PRIME LOCATION ON THE BEACH FRONT IN CENTRAL NEW PLYMOUTH, A SAFE SWIMMING BEACH WITH 2 SURF CLUB PATROLS. ENJOY BBQ'S WHILE RELAXING ON YOUR PRIVATE DECK WATCHING THE SUN SETTING WITH MAGNIFICENT COASTAL & MOUNTAIN VIEWS. EASY ACCESS TO 12 KM OF FLAT COASTAL WALKWAY TO RUN OR BIKE ON, A EASY 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE CENTRE OF TOWN ONLY 2KM AWAY. A PRIVATE 3 BEDROOM HOME WITH A FULLY FENCED YARD AND OFF STREET PARKING BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED You may request a cleaner, an additional fee will be charged if required
