Modern and refurbished basement Suite. North facing and sunny. With full kitchen, separate bathroom and laundry.
Beach is across the road with local 4 Square Grocery and Liquor Store a short walk down the road. Charter Club and Cafes in either directions.
Parking right beside the Unit off street. Smart TV, WiFi relaxing atmosphere.
Paul your host is on tap most of the time and prompt to sort out any issues
