Grab your towel and head for a morning swim and spend your afternoons lazing on the sun drenched decks at this perfect spot for a Waiheke Escape! Onetangi Beachfront Escape is set on a flat section right on the waterfront of one of the most stunning beaches Waiheke has to offer! With an expansive lawn and beautiful oceanfront water views, this is the ideal property for a family break away. The lounge opens up to a sun drenched deck welcoming the sea breezes. The open layout blends seamlessly on to the large flat lawn, the perfect place to sit a watch the kids play or relax and forget the rest of the world! The main building has 2 king bedrooms, with two further rooms which are externally accessed. The first room has bi fold windows that open out to the sea views, perfect for catching the morning sun rise! The two externally accessed rooms are a super king which leads off the rear deck (that can be split into a twin on request ) with an ensuite toilet and hand basin, and a further huge twin sleepout overlooking the sea - and has a wrap around deck. The property offers 1.5 bathrooms, the main bathroom is modern and modest with a shower vanity and toilet and there is a further ensuite toilet in the super king sleepout. There is also an outside hot and cold shower for rinsing off after the beach. STRICTLY NO PETS Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after
