I have been in the short rental business since 2022 and find it very rewarding making a positive impact on my guests' stay. Right across the road from the Viaduct harbour, Down the road from the Ferry terminal, There are so many bars, Restaurants all within walking distance of One Cool Place. 5 Min walk to Wynard Quarter and then old Tank farm and some more bars and Restaurants. Being in the heart of Auckland City everything starts from here, Catch a Ferry to Devonport Catch a Ferry to Waiheke and visit the vineyards. Got for a sail in the harbour, go whale watching, Hire a bike and ride to Mission Bay, Uber to the museum, Catch a train to Onehunga, New Market, Sylvia Park and go shopping, 4 shopping malls you can go to via the train and the train station in a few minutes walk away. Commercial Bay Shopping Centre is across the road, This place is amazing and worth checking it out, Some really cool restaurants in there
